- Is my recording uploaded?
- No. Frames are pulled from the video on your machine. Only the frames you approve are sent, and only as small images.
- How long are results kept?
- A free set is kept for seven days. A set you spent a credit on is kept for ninety, under Your sets, until you delete it.
- Can I try it without paying?
- Yes. One free set a day. The hero screenshot is shown in full and the other two unlock with a credit.
- What if a screen is wrong?
- Swap it for any other frame from the recording and the set re-renders. That costs nothing.
- What does a credit cost you?
- The packs price a set between 20 and 45 cents. A recording of any length up to two minutes is one credit.
